I meet with clients in the comfort and privacy of my Northbrook office. I am near the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Pfingsten Road, which is at the north edge of Northbrook, just south of Deerfield.
Payment/Insurance
Payment or co-pay is expected at the time of service. I accept cash or checks.
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis when there is a proven financial need.
I am an “in network provider” with Blue Cross Blue Shield
Other insurance companies may provide benefits with me as an “out of network provider.”
You can contact your insurance company to find out what your benefits will cover.
Cancelation Policy
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up to your appointment, you may be responsible for the full cost of the session. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies or if you reschedule the appointment for another time the same week. Be aware that insurance will not cover missed appointments.
