Self Study

There is a wealth of information available to promote wellbeing. Here’s a list of resources I often recommend. I encourage you to explore those about which you are curious. You will be a better collaborator in the process of recovery, when you are more informed. Mark Steinberg, psychologist, uses neurofeedback in his practice in CA.  He wrote an article titled, “The Hardest Things About EEG Neurofeedback” which is worth reading.
