All Minds Neurofeedback is a cash only practice. Payment is due at the time of service. I do not bill insurance companies. However, I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Currently, most insurance does not cover neurofeedback, however, it may be paid for in something like a cafeteria plan. You can contact your insurance company in advance, and inquire about their reimbursement policies for the billing codes listed here.

90791 – Diagnostic Evaluation (Insurance will typically pay for this)
90834 – Psychotherapy (Insurance will typically pay for this also)
90876 – Neurofeedback
